Our technicians are factory-trained on all makes and models (electric, propane, diesel, and gas) so no matter what brand is on your dock, we’ve got you covered.

Q: “I purchased my forklift from a Dealer. Am I required to use the same Dealer for service to maintain my forklift’s warranty?”
A: No! You are free to choose any qualified service provider. All South Jersey Lift technicians are ASE Certified and meet the experience standards to preserve your warranty without dealer pricing.
Q: “Are all South Jersey Lift technicians ASE certified?”
A: Yes! Every technician has passed the ASE certification exams and has at least the minimum required years of hands-on experience.
Q: “What warranties apply to repairs?”
A: South Jersey Lift fully warrants all labor. Parts warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by component; we can explain the details regarding your specific forklift repair.
Q: “Does South Jersey Lift charge for travel?”
A: In most instances travel time will not be billed for service calls within Ocean County, NJ. However, if the travel time exceeds 45 minutes one-way, a travel time charge may be warranted. Please note that we exclude “port-to-port” (or similar) charges, keeping your invoice straightforward and fair.
